• Ensure products are eligible for shipment to FBA or any fulfillment center

All information on this website is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

American Commerce Wholesale, including its owners, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use this website
• Reliance on any information provided
• Errors, omissions, viruses, delays, or interruptions

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our website.

• We do not break cases or offer samples

We strive for accuracy, but product colors and descriptions may vary due to monitor settings or manufacturer changes.

Assorted products may vary in size, color, style, or quantity. Photos are for reference only and may not reflect the exact contents of each shipment.

We reserve the right to correct errors or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies, even after payment confirmation.

UPC or ASIN availability is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for misprinted, missing, or unreadable codes.

• Quantities may be limited
• Offers are valid only during the stated promotion period
• Sale prices cannot be combined with other offers
• Orders must be fully paid within the promotional timeframe
• Inventory is subject to availability and may sell out without notice

Accepted Payment Methods:

• Bank Transfer
• Bank Deposit
• Wire Transfer (International Customers)

All orders must be paid in full before processing.

• All products are sold FOB from our warehouse. Once inventory leaves our warehouse, responsibility transfers to the buyer.
• Buyers must provide or arrange shipping labels
• Someone must be present to receive deliveries
• Additional services (lift gate, inside delivery, limited access) may incur extra fees
• Any unexpected carrier charges billed to us will be passed to the buyer plus a 10% service fee

Deliveries to limited-access locations (schools, military bases, storage facilities, etc.) incur an additional $79 fee.

• International customers are responsible for freight forwarding
• Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility
• American Commerce Wholesale is not liable for international shipping delays, customs holds, or additional charges

By placing an order, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes for completed and shipped orders. Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent loss of purchasing privileges
• Collection of outstanding balances
• Legal action if necessary

All shipping records, invoices, tracking details, and signed delivery confirmations will be submitted as evidence in dispute cases.
